www.xandroleima.net ha sido establecido con un entorno seguro y acogedor que permite a los fanáticos de Xandro Leima interactuar sin importar su edad, origen étnico, religión, inclinación política u orientación sexual. Sus propósitos son compartir, el respeto mutuo y ¡pasar un momento agradable!

Al registrarte como miembro de la comunidad de Xandro Leima has aceptado que los siguientes códigos de conducta deberán ser respetados y seguidos fielmente en todo tiempo.

En ningún momento será tolerado lo descrito a continuación:

Descortesía o irrespeto hacia uno o más miembros, actitudes amenazadoras, injurias, mensajes desagradables dirigidos a moderadores, Xandro Leima y aquellos que sean cercanos a él. Mensajes con contenido ilegal, blasfemo e indeseado en cualquier forma.

Los mensajes que rompan las reglas expuestas con anterioridad serán borrados, editados y eliminados apropiadamente.

Si cualquier miembro de la comunidad Xandro Leima se percata de la existencia de una imagen, gráfico o texto que viola las pautas de conducta establecidas, en forma prudente debe ignorar y notificar a un moderador. El debate motivado por un mensaje o imagen de conducta hostil solamente provocará un desgaste emocional y dispersará sentimientos negativos en el ambiente. Es pertinente aclarar que los conflictos personales deben ser discutidos y resueltos de una forma privada por medio del uso del correo electrónico.

Se dará un aviso de advertencia por cualquier conducta que se considere inapropiada y los mensajes ofensivos serán eliminados. Se hará un esfuerzo por contactar al individuo en cuestión, y si es posible, se le advertirá con la discreción pertinente del administrador. Las consecuencias por conducta de contenido ofensivo del miembro cuestionado podría ser prohibirle inmediatamente su acceso al tablero de mensajes.

www.xandroleima.net no es responsable por cualquier información agregada en el foro. Los miembros que deseen utilizar información de un póster original añadido en www.xandroleima.net en otro sitio de la red deben obtener permiso con anterioridad. Es también un acto de cortesía dar crédito por escrito al creador, fotógrafo, traductor, afiche o póster y mensaje original cuando el partidario es conocido.

By becoming a registered member of the Xandro Leima community it is understood that the following conduct guidelines are to be adhered to at all times.

If you see a poster violating these guidelines, it is wise to ignore the post and notify a moderator. Debating with a hostile poster about their behaviour can lead to thread degeneration and bad feelings all around. Personal conflicts are to be resolved through email.

A warning will be given for conduct deemed unbecoming and the offending posts will be deleted. Every effort will be made to contact the individual in question, and if possible, a warning will be given, but at the discretion of the administrator, the consequence for conduct/content offences may be immediate banning of the member from the message board.

It is also a matter of courtesy to give written credit to the creator / photographer / translator / original poster where that party is known.
