Alejandro Fernández Pérez de Lema, known as Xandro Leima, was born in Murcia, Spain and started his professional career as part of the duo “Romanze” (1995) He was part of this duo for about 6 years. They recorded an album called “Amándote” (Loving you) released by Dumas Music.

In 1997 they participated with their own song “Te amaré” in the XXX Edition of the Benidorm Festival, obtaining a prestigious place in the final phase, transmitted directly by TVE2 and Canal 9.
They participated in many other shows such as:

• Miss Murcia Tour, throughout towns in the Murcia region (1996)

• Many performances on Cadena Dial and Cadena 40 Principales (1997-1998)

• Winners of the “Festival de la Canción Beniel” (1999)

• Two “Galas Final Miss Murcia”

• Gala Reina De La Huerta Murciana (2000)

From 2002 to 2004 Xandro was part of the prestigious orchestra “Britannia”. Achieved approximately 200 shows throughout Spain and became more experienced in all facets of his artistic career.

In 2004, he signed with Ruffity Records and recorded his first solo album “Cerca de ti” as Xandro Leima. An album composed of original versions and themes. He also performed in several galas and regional tv shows.

• “Saint Valentín” in casino mediterráneo Villajoyosa

• Gala Romeria 40 principales

• Shows for Murcia Television and Canal 6 (2004)

• Siento todo en verano (2004) a song from the album, theme of the program “Refréscate” on TVM

• Gala Anniversary Hotel Bali Benidorm (together with Britannia).

• Show Polaris in La Manga.

In 2005, he started recording his second album “Jamas es Tarde”, this time directed and realized by the prestigious producer and composer Chema Purón, who worked with famous artists as El Puma, Francisco, Serafín Zubiri, etc. His songs won festivals such as the O.T.I. and Viña del Mar and participated in Eurovision on many occasions. This album contains great songs, all of them original themes, released by Warner Music.

In December 2006, in advance of his next album he recorded three songs in Miami with producer José Luis Morín (winner of a Grammy with Olga Tañón) “Buscando Quimeras”, “Margarita” and “Ciego y sordo” (latin version)

In late 2007 he recorded his most recent album “Desesperadamente” . This production was finished in Miami. An album full of feelings, love and great songs.

This is the album Xandro has been waiting for since he started his career because all his dreams are on it. (both vocal, musical as well as personal dreams).

This album will be a new chapter in Xandro’s career, that’s for sure. An album produced by Jose Luis Morin and Mariano Ruffity, and fantastically realized by Jose Luis Morin, in the way of production as well as in the way of Xandro’s vocals.

The following talented musicians and composers have helped in the production of this album: Juan Carlos Perez Soto, Salo Loyo (musician and producer of Luis Miguel), Elio Tores (musician, arranged music for Ricardo Montaner) Jorge Luis Sosa (among others musician of Chayanne), Ricardo Martinez Lee Levin, Richard Bravo and among some others even producer Jose Luis Morin is author of some of the songs of this album.

In the summer of 2008 Xandro visits Holland for the first time and tries to gain ground outside Spain. During his first visit to Holland he did several interviews for dutch radiostations. In September 2008 he was support-act for Belle Perez which turned out to be a big success.
